Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the product purchased you have 30 days from the original shipment date to return or exchange the product.

If 30 days have gone by since your shipment date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition, meaning it is unused, undamaged and in complete original packaging.

If these conditions are met, VBreathe Pty Ltd will arrange an exchange or refund for the price paid for the product. No shipping costs will be refunded and you (the customer) are responsible for all return shipping costs and are accountable for all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit.

For all exchanges, your original order must be sent and received at our designated location before your exchanged item is shipped to you.

To arrange an exchange or refund please email health@vbreathe.com to receive your Product Return Authorisation Number and Return Request Form.


If you have an enquiry about an existing order, please email health@vbreathe.com or reply to your order confirmation email.

We aim to process your order within 5 working days of your order being placed (excluding pre-orders). Please note, this time frame can change based on peak sale periods and holidays.

If your order will take longer than the 5 working days, you will be contacted via the email used to place your order.

We offer free shipping Australia wide. International deliveries will be charged a $50 flat rate.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow for 24 hours for tracking to update with any information.


Delivery times can vary depending on your region. The estimated delivery time frame for customers within Australia is 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

International delivery estimates are 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders being shipped outside of Australia may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country.

Please note VBreathe Pty Ltd has no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend contacting your local customs office.

All shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and, for customs/duty processing for international deliveries.


Except with respect to rechargeable battery cells, rechargeable battery packs, VBreathe Tasman filters and VActive Gel (if supplied), the Warranty Period shall be 2-year limited hardware warranty from the date of purchase, evidenced by your sales receipt.

You are required to provide proof of purchase as a condition of receiving Warranty services. Rechargeable battery cells and rechargeable battery packs (if supplied) with this product are covered under this Warranty for a period of 1 year. You are entitled to a replacement product or repair of the product at our discretion according to the terms and conditions of this document if your product is found to be faulty within the Warranty Period. This Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
