VBreathe Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to individuals or entities who wish to promote and earn commission on the VBreathe EnviroGuard Pro X only.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the VBreathe Affiliate Program, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be 18 years or older
  
• Have an active online presence or be able to promote the product via personal networks
  
• Be based in Australia or have an Australian customer base

VBreathe reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn $100 AUD for each verified sale of the EnviroGuard Pro X made using their unique referral link or code.

• Commission is only applicable to the EnviroGuard Pro X (including repayment plan and outright purchase)
  
• No commission applies to consumables such as Purox gels and filters.
  
• There is no cap on the number of devices you can earn commission from
  

3. Payment Terms

To ensure all transactions are final, commissions are paid out 60 days after the purchase date.

• This window allows for refunds, cancellations, or disputed payments
  
• Payments are made in AUD via bank transfer.
  
• Affiliates must provide accurate payment details to avoid delays
  

4. Tracking & Attribution

You’ll be given a unique code or referral link. All sales must be tracked through this to be eligible for commission.

• VBreathe is not responsible for lost commissions due to:
  
  • Incorrect use of the link or code
    
  • Ad blockers or browser issues
    
  • User not completing purchase through your unique referral
    

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote the EnviroGuard Pro X through a variety of channels, including:

• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  
• Blogs or personal websites
  
• Email newsletters
  
• In-person or word-of-mouth recommendations

All promotion must be:

• Honest and not misleading
  
• Compliant with Australian advertising standards and consumer law
  
• Transparent — disclose your affiliate relationship where legally required
  

Do not:

• Impersonate VBreathe or suggest you’re an employee
  
• Share your code or link on third-party coupon or deal sites
  

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates who engage in any of the following may be removed from the program and forfeit unpaid commissions:

• Bidding on VBreathe’s brand terms in paid search ads
  
• Posting fake reviews or using deceptive tactics
  
• Promoting the brand in association with adult, unethical, or illegal content
  
• Spamming or mass-messaging strangers to generate sales

7. Termination

VBreathe reserves the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, particularly for:

• Breach of these terms
  
• Brand misuse
  
• Extended inactivity
  

If terminated due to breach, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

8. Changes to Terms

VBreathe may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program indicates your acceptance of any changes.

9. Acceptance

By signing up to the VBreathe Affiliate Program, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
