Before You Buy

We recommend reviewing this policy before purchasing to understand your rights under Australian Consumer Law and how we handle returns and repairs.

If There’s an Issue with Your Product

Inspect your VBreathe product as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, email us at health@vbreathe.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will assess the situation and advise on next steps.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

VBreathe products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product has a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is minor, we may choose to repair the item within a reasonable time.

Change of Mind and Damage Not Caused by Us

We do not accept returns for change of mind or price differences found after purchase.

Damage due to misuse, failure to follow instructions, or general wear and tear is not considered a fault and is not covered.

Cost of Returns

All returns must be paid by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for all postage or courier costs associated with returning products, whether the item is under warranty, faulty, or returned for assessment.

Please keep proof of postage and use a tracked or insured delivery service, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

How to Return a Product

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  • Package the product securely to prevent damage during transit.

  • Include all parts, accessories, and a copy of your proof of purchase.

  • Use tracked or insured delivery – we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Products returned for repair will be assessed and actioned within a reasonable time. We may use refurbished parts or provide a refurbished replacement unit if necessary. Any replaced product becomes the property of VBreathe.


Warranty Information

This warranty is offered by VBreathe Pty Ltd (ABN 614 372 628) and applies specifically to the EnviroGuard Pro X.

What’s Covered

We warrant that the EnviroGuard Pro X and any included parts are free from defects in materials and workmanship during the relevant warranty period.

This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Periods

  • EnviroGuard Pro X (Subscription Plan): 2-year premium warranty from the start of your subscription.

  • EnviroGuard Pro X (Outright Purchase): 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Spare Parts: Covered for 30 days or the remainder of the device’s warranty period, whichever is longer.

Valid Warranty Claims

If your product has a defect and qualifies under warranty, we will either:

  • Repair the product, or

  • Replace it with a new or refurbished unit

Any components or products replaced become the property of VBreathe.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Failure to follow safety or usage instructions

  • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • External factors like power surges or water exposure

  • Tampering or unauthorised repairs

  • Removal or alteration of serial numbers


How to Lodge a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer support team via email at health@vbreathe.com.

We will troubleshoot the issue with you. If your product qualifies for return:

  • You’ll receive a Return Authorisation number

  • We’ll provide the return address and instructions

  • You must include:

    • Completed return form (we provide this)

    • Proof of purchase

    • All accessories and packaging

If the claim is approved under warranty, we will cover return postage. If the fault is not confirmed, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Keep all receipts for potential reimbursement.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding pre-orders and public holidays).

  • Shipping within Australia: Free shipping over AUD$100

  • International Shipping: Fees vary. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Delivery Times:

  • Australia: 2–7 business days from dispatch

  • International: Delivery time varies depending on destination
